Thoughts

Hello to John's family. I am pretty sure this is the wonderful John Enever who was a part time careers adviser (like myself) in Harlow, with whom I worked for some time. It's many years since I knew him but on seeing the photo of John in the hat at the wedding on this website I'm certain it's him! He used to hang up his long, white 'frock' as he called it for after finishing work at the Careers Centre. I've been feeling down after multiple family deaths, am not particularly religious and I was always intrigued with John who was somebody could really connect with with a wonderful sense of humour. I think I was looking him up for some inspiration. I am so very sorry that he has passed away. He was a bright spark in the careers Centre with such an infectious smile and personality. Huge condolences to his family. What a lovely man. x

So sad to hear that the Rev has passed away. He came regularly to the Haldon Eating Disorder Unit at Wonford House to offer support, a shoulder to cry on, advice and guidance when needed. I also used to see him supporting Exeter City football club on a Saturday afternoon, and it was always a pleasure to catch up. My thoughts go to his family and loved ones.
